1.  Can Amega Cleaning treat odors on my furniture?
Yes. After cleaning, we can apply a deodorizer to your furniture that will neutralize odors, eliminate them at their source, and leave behind a fresh, clean scent.
 
2.  Drytime?
Your specific upholstery fabric will determine which cleaning method we use. While the cleaning method along with optional protector application determines the drying time, typical dry time ranges from 1-6 hours.
 
3.  Who to expect and what about Supervision
Each team consist of 1 Supervisor 1 cleaner and 1 big industrial machine.  We do however send out bigger teams (1 Supervisor 2 cleaners and 1 big industrial machines 1 smaller industrial machine) if we wash the carpets and upholstery.
 
4.  Do you have a minium fee
Yes, minimum fee of R300
 
5.  Payment method
We require a 50 % deposit and the balance COD
 
6.  What about guarantees
If you are not 100 % satisfied please give us a call within 24 hours.
