We have a minimum fee to cover our expenses. The minimum fee includes cleaning up to a set amount. Whether you wash just one small carpet or small rug we still have send an entire time.

We do ask that you remove as much of the smaller items as possible so that we can focus on the actual cleaning. We can move some large pieces of furniture that can’t be removed from the room. We only move the furniture far enough to clean under it. We then replace it. Some beds, pianos, entertainment centers, bookshelves, etc may not be safely moved, but can be cleaned around with no problems
On average, it will take approximately 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removals.
