Zero Tolerance on Abuse Policy

All of our customers have the right to to be hears, understood and respected. Our staff also has these same rights. Although 95% of our clients treat us with kindness and respect we have had situations where we had to deal with aggressive and rude clients.
As an organization, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE approaches to any form of rudeness and abuse towards our staff.
We ask our staff to be polite, helpful and sensitive to your needs and circumstances. Please treat them with the same level of respect. Rude, aggressive, violet and or any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of our services. (this is not negotiable)
Unacceptable behaviour includes but not limited to
- Using bad language or swearing at staff (face to face or telephonically)
- Verbal abuse toward our staff in any form, including being RUDE and verbally insulting them
- Racial abuse and sexural harassment. Discrimination of any kind
- Persistent or unrealistic demands that cause stress to staff will not be accepted. Request will be met wherever possible and explanations will be given when they cannot
- Unreasonable and / or offensive remarks or behaviour / rude gestures
- Threatening behaviour.
Staff will be instructed to pack up and leave the premises immediately.
