Remove all small things you can from the rooms you want cleaned, such as small rugs, magazines, kids toys, etc. breakables from the tops of any furniture you will be requesting us to move
We do ask that you remove as much of the smaller items as possible so that we can focus on the actual cleaning. We can move some large pieces of furniture that can’t be removed from the room. We only move the furniture far enough to clean under it. We then replace it. Some beds, pianos, entertainment centers, bookshelves, etc may not be safely moved, but can be cleaned around with no problems
On average, it will take approximately 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removals.
Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. It can take anywhere between 5-8 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on the aforementioned variables. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help accelerate drying time.
